The origins of our company date back to the year 1962 in a
small laboratory for the typical Emilian fresh pasta.
Our territory has been witness to the industrious and
continuous growth of the initiative of the two founders to
the point where the tiny initial project began to develop and
transform into a fully-fl edged company known all over the
country. However, the development has not changed the
original characteristics of the pasta factory which has never
lost its authenticity and bonds with tradition which have always
been the feature of Our Company.
The company aim is precisely that of combining innovation with tradition in full respect of the values of Italian cuisine of past times, to enable the consumer to rediscover the pleasure of sitting at the table and relish distant yet insuperable fl avours so as not to lose the taste for the absolute excellence which has always characterized the production of Italian home-made fresh pasta.
