The origins of our company date back to the year 1962 in a small laboratory for the typical Emilian fresh pasta. Our territory has been witness to the industrious and continuous growth of the initiative of the two founders to the point where the tiny initial project began to develop and transform into a fully-fl edged company known all over the country. However, the development has not changed the original characteristics of the pasta factory which has never lost its authenticity and bonds with tradition which have always been the feature of Our Company.
